Moths in My Quilt
Moths in My Quilt was made from 100 (2" x 2") woodcuts pasted onto handmade Yamaguchi Kozo paper. Each moth was cut and printed from six blocks of basswood plywood before becoming part of the collage. The border of the "quilt" was also printed from wood with the printed image then cut and pasted onto the Kozo.
