Firefly Frenzy
Firefly Frenzy was made from 116 (2" x 2") woodcuts pasted onto handmade Yamaguchi Kozo paper. Each individual firefly print was cut and hand-pulled from seven or eight blocks of basswood plywood. The border of the "quilt" was also printed from wood with the printed image then cut and pasted onto the Kozo.
